Cucumber Mint Pineapple Smoothie #healthy #drink

You realize that I like a decent smoothie and this one is flawless to have on a sweltering spring or summer day. The sun is sparkling, blossoms are starting to sprout, there are such a large number of new neighborhood rabbits (adorable, however they eat the blooms and strawberries… boo!).

Anyway, this smoothie is solid and refreshingly scrumptious as well. It has a charming sweetness from the products of the soil cooling trace of crisp mint. Also, shrouded spinach for additional sustenance… . In case I'm not staying kale in the entirety of my sustenance, it's spinach.

On the off chance that you let the smoothie sit for some time (for example make it early), you may see that layers may begin to shape with the fluid sitting on the base and a froth on top. This is because of the diverse thickness of fixings in the smoothie, where the heavier thick sustenances choose the base. Give it a decent mix with a spoon or straw, a great shake (top on obviously), or re-mix if this occurs. On the off chance that you are not a fanatic of the froth that may happen, substitute the apple with a banana for an increasingly predictable velvety surface.
